Carol has been a schoolteacher for over 30 years.  Though currently retired, she still contract teaches in schools four days a week.  Her experiences and relationships with students, parents, administrators, communities and government officials have all influenced the desire she has to help people be the best possible version of themselves.  Teaching comes naturally to Carol.  She first began teaching as a parent to three children, then band director, Sunday School teacher, small group leader and now Success Coach.
